Objectives of the Federation
 

1. Encouraging, promoting and supervising rowing in Cyprus


2. Co-operating with any club, group or organisation having the same objectives


3. Drawing up, bringing out and implementing regulations advocating the organisation and promotion of the field of amateur rowing in Cyprus.


4. Financing, setting up prizes and supervising national, international and other competitions of amateur rowing in Cyprus.


5. Organising and running courses and seminars for amateur rowers, competition managers, umpires, coaches and in general terms persons in charge of organising these competitions.


6. Selecting the athletes to participate in the national team and running this team.


7. Applying on behalf of the Cyprus Rowing Federation for membership to the international federation and other organisations

 

8. Appointing a legal committee


9. Appointing committees to promote the objectives of the Federation


10. Acquiring material and supplying the members of the Federation with this material as well as controlling its use.
